No Refund Policy for Pet Care Products
We at Petal prioritize the health and safety of pets and their owners. Due to hygiene reasons and to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety, we do not offer refunds for pet care products once they have been purchased. This policy applies to all products in our pet care range, including but not limited to Pet wash, Wet wipes and floor wash.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that a pet care product is received in a damaged or defective condition, we will offer an exchange for the same product.
